• Mindful Movement Studio: The resort hosts group fitness classes and wellness workshops including yoga, bootcamp, mat Pilates and circuit training on the beach.
• The 24-hour fitness center offers Technogym cardio machines, free weights and equipment including stability balls, resistance bands and yoga mats. Personal training is also available.
• Savasana Sound Room:  It is an aromatherapy inhalation room for post-treatment resting. Semi-precious gemstones are inlaid into the walls and correlate to the colors of the chakras to keep them balanced. What’s more, slip into a deep, meditative state with sound therapy vibrations that vibrate through the floor. The room recalibrates the mind-body connection and is the first of its kind in Los Cabos.
