Ok, I admit it..I’m not going to be very popular for this post.
Those that know me, know that I rarely drink alcohol.
This wasn’t always the case. But when I fell pregnant with my first child 20 years ago, I dramatically changed my lifestyle habits and again when I got chronic fatigue I was forced into a healthy lifestyle. Drinking alcohol just wasn’t worth it. The hangovers, the gut issues, the low moods, you have to wonder why we do it.

Not drinking alcohol would have to be one of my best wellness tips, and here is why!..
