Despina Kamper brings more than 20 years of clinical experience in nutritional medicine, with a research focus on the treatment of stress and anxiety disorders. She holds postgraduate qualifications in nutrition, counselling and education, and currently lectures in the Health Science faculty at Western Sydney University. Her Greek heritage shapes every detail of this retreat.
